Shipping Information

After your order received and payment is processed, your item(s) will ship anywhere from 3-14 days and be received from 7-21 days. Delivery time depends on your location and other factors which include whether your item was personalized or if it is coming directly from the manufacturer.

We also offer a drop off for those customers local to El Dorado Hills (within a five mile radius or have prior approval) to eliminate shipping charges. If you are unsure whether you might qualify for this method, please call the store or use the contact form prior to your order. After you place your order using the local non-shipping method, you will be contacted by phone or email.

At this time, we only ship inside the USA and to Canada. No other international orders will be accepted at this time.

Return Policy

Purchases may be returned within 15 days after your order is received. It must be unused, unwashed and in original condition for a refund (excluding shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee) to be approved. In the case of damaged merchandise or a mistake on our part, a complete refund will be issued. Please use the contact form to initiate your return. Once you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you may send your order back to us. Please do not return any merchandise before receiving your RMA number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when sending back.
